Doll Policy Update

If you ordered a doll prior to 9/28/2011 this does not effect your order. This has been put together after doing a few orders and getting a feel for how much things cost, how much time they take, ect. These aren't just numbers pulled from nowhere. This is a handy little go to so I can link people to 'shop' policies ect which I hope seems just as fair as it does to me

Doll Shop Policy
I know it seems like a lot, but hopefully it will answer most if not all questions. Please read this first if you have questions.
Payments and Orders:
Serious clients only. It a huge bother to speak to someone over an extended period of time on the details of a doll and reject someone else's request because slots are filled only to have the previous inquiry change their mind. To cut out said hassle, please take that into consideration and only ask for a slot if you are completely serious.
There will now be three tiers for payment based on difficulty levels of the doll in question.*
• Simple - $90 this is usually a doll with simplistic clothes, partial repaints (i.e. face, possibly body art), simplistic hair reroots (one to two colors). This does not include pets, massively customized shoes, purses, ect. • Medium - $150 this is usually a doll with a little more detail. Orders for medium difficulty which includes more color for reroots and more styling, fashion accessories such as custom belts or modified shoes, higher difficultly clothes, full repaints (skin and eyes). • Complex - $200 this is usually a doll with very difficult clothes with custom print fabrics. Meaning if your character is wearing a shirt or pants that has an image on it that is found nowhere in stores, we can get that done for you. This includes full body repaints, reroots, custom items such as accessories and pets (within reason, please ask if the pet is do-able or not), heavily altered shoes, and body modification, ect. Payment must be made within a week of ordering. No refunds are available. If your item is needed by a specific date, foresight is appreciated. We would ask that these items be request at least two months in advance. We order materials from all over the world and sometimes they can take two to three weeks to arrive. If there is no deadline, PLEASE be patient. We have not run off with your doll, it just takes time and a lot of trial and error on our part. Completion of an order can take more than a month at times depending on workload.
Shipment:
All shipment of doll clothes will be made in flat rate envelope unless requested to be shipped in a box. All dolls will be shipped in a flat rate box of appropriate size. Shipping cost is built into the price for US BUYERS ONLY. All foreign shipment will come with the option of $15 for slow shipment or $30-$50** for speedy shipment.   Any additional services such as tracking, delivery confirmation, and item insurance must be requested and paid for by the customer.
If none of the following is requested, your item will be sent in a flat rate reciprocal with no tracking. DO SO AT YOUR OWN RISK. We are not responsible for losses or damages once the item leaves our hands.

**Shipping price for international orders is subject to change depending on country. Tracking cost is not included in price. A separate fee will be charged if tracking for international orders is requested.
