Social-Outing Chara

I was planning on doing a livestream today, but I ended up spending that time drawing this instead XD
It's a gift for my best friend of her character Chara Charcules. Outfit is based on an RP between us.
This is Chara all dressed up in an outfit she made to go out on a date what Wendel calls a "Social-Outing" because he refuses to use serious terms such as 'date' or 'ghoulfriend' Chara has incorporated blue into her outfit to impress Wendel. She also let her hair down. AND she's even showing her arms! Le gasp! (Those are usually covered like the rest of her)
They are not officially a couple or anything as Wendel is trying to 'have his cake and eat it too' while having a rather complicated relationship with two ghouls. *coughhackweaze*
